So far starters we will talk about how we both did individually:
Fez - 127 Reps, 165# Clean and Jerk
Katie - 117 Reps, 165# Clean and Jerk
We were both extremely happy with our scores figuring that most recently we had only been focusing on a weightlifting program. I may attempt to do this workout again on Monday because I made the most common mistake of all time. I didn't follow my strategy. However, I did learn a few things.

Yes hook grip the deadlifts. Your forearms will thank you.
